The A&S department deadline for Mid-Year Projections is Tuesday, January 19^th. This is a hard deadline, as Victoria needs to prepare additional reports for the Provost Office. If your department finishes sooner, please let her know so she can begin reviewing.

All credit card transactions for 2019 must be received by the Foundation by 3pm on December 31, 2019.  Credit card gifts received after the date and time listed will be counted as 2020 gifts. 

All check and cash donations to be counted and credited for calendar year 2019 are due at the Foundation for processing no later than 4:30 PM on January 10, 2020. (Gifts must be accompanied by the envelope with a postmark of 12/31/19 or prior).

The Office of Sponsored Projects and Contract & Grant Accounting are offering a training session for new department administrators as well as seasoned department administrators looking for updates on new processes. This training session will cover numerous pre-award and post-award topics.
