Mandatory Compliance with COVID-19 Mandates
The Policy Interpretation Relating to Non-Compliance with Administrative Mandate on Required COVID-19 Vaccination: Non-Disciplinary Separation Related to COVID-19 Mandate and Safe Practices – Staff, found on the Bringing Back the Pack website, has been developed to assist in addressing non-compliance with the recent COVID-19 mandates and safe practices.
Non-compliance with these mandates and safe practices constitutes a risk to the health, safety and welfare of oneself and the UNM community and renders non-complaint employees as not meeting the minimum qualifications of the position and being unable to perform the essential conditions and functions of the job. COVID-safe indoor event protocols, effective Oct. 28, 2021
At all indoor events hosted by UNM, including athletics, attendees must wear masks throughout the event unless actively drinking or eating, in accordance with the New Mexico Public Health order.
At UNM events where attendees include individuals who are not UNM faculty, staff, or students, event organizers may choose to require those in attendance to provide proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test dated within the last 72 hours. Such proof may be actual cards or documents or photographs on a mobile device.

Send all completed/signed Monthly and Biweekly Pay and Leave Adjustments for Staff and Students (via scanned email attachments) to the current contact. Payroll no longer requires the originals of the Pay and Leave Adjustment form.
