According to UNM Policy 8210 the Provost's Office is required to report to the Board of Regents annually on how course fees are expensed. Arts and Sciences and the School of Public Administration (SPA) are reviewed annually.

Please complete this Excel spreadsheet and Department to Dean Memo, and return these two documents via email attachment to Thu Doan by Friday November 10th.
