To help our campus stay secure, UNM’s Chief Information Officer, the Information Security & Privacy Office (ISPO), and the Vice President for Human Resources are introducing required security training for all faculty, staff, and student employees. This training will help protect not just your personal information, but also the systems we all rely on. It will teach you how to recognize common threats, like phishing emails, and what steps to take if you notice something suspicious. 

Security Awareness Training 2024: Securing the Human is available now in Learning Central and has been added to your learning plan. 

• All employees must complete the training each year, starting this year (Due Dec. 2).

• New employees must complete the training within 30 days of their hire date.
