The A&S department deadline for entry is Thursday, January 18th at 5pm. If your unit completes this early, notify asfinance@unm.edu.
Per Vicotria Polaco:
We are projecting revenue and expenses for all unrestricted indices for the period of January-June 2023. The system automatically doubles both revenue and expenses posted as of December 31, so please make sure to adjust accordingly.
Please make sure to review projected expenses in these indices and account for any major purchases or events that may be upcoming. Projections should be realistic, so please do not project all your indices will be fully spent to $0 – unless that is actually the case for your unit. Please do not project deficits unless there is already a deficit reduction plan on file.
