Chairs and Directors are not in the UA-UNM Bargaining Unit while serving in their Administrative role. But when their appointment ends, an Administrative Appt Request Form to end the SAC  must be processed and a Notice of Completion letter must be sent to the faculty member.

This type of end SAC does NOT get processed on an ePAF. Instead, the two forms must be completed/submitted to the College for signature by the Dean. We will then forward the signed documents to OAP and will copy you for your records.
