According to UNM Policy 8210, the Provost's Office is required to report to the Board of Regents annually on how course fees are expensed.  Arts and Sciences/SPA are reviewed annually. 

Please complete this Excel spreadsheet and Department to Dean memo and return to the Dean’s Office by Friday November 9th, (electronic copies preferred).
