Please make every effort to attend the meeting with HR Compensation on Wednesday, June 21st from 10am – 11am in Ortega Hall #335, when they present more details about the Salary Placement and Equity Tool (SPET)
Staff employees participating in the Voluntary Retirement Incentive Option (VRIO) must complete the Agreement and mail it to Human Resources, so that it is received by or postmarked no later than 11/24/20.
If a change needs to be made to correct your staff employees’ supervisor information, please process an ePAF by the end of day on Monday, 12/16/2019.
To ensure that managers and employees have adequate time to both navigate the new online system and complete a meaningful review process, we have extended the deadline for completing performance evaluations to March 15.
Please remember that both managers and employees must sign and submit the evaluation prior to this deadline.
CWA employees who received a “not successful” on one or both of their overall ratings for “Job Responsibilities” or “Goals” in Spring 2018 will have the opportunity to be evaluated by October 13, 2018, via a mid-year performance evaluation.
Those employees who then attain “successful” ratings on both overall categories will be eligible for the 2.05% MSU base pay increase at that time.
These MSU OOGER requests for US-UNM staff are due to the Dean’s office no later than 5pm Friday, June 8, 2018.

The final FY18 Monthly payroll will post on Friday, June 29, 2018. The final FY18 Biweekly payroll will post on Friday, July 13, 2018.
