The FY24-25 Mass Salary Update Guidelines for Staff have published on the HR Compensation website at:  https://hr.unm.edu/mass-salary-update. The Guidelines indicate all eligible staff employees will receive a standard 3% salary increase effective July 1, 2024. The CAS Dean’s Office Accounting Team will apply the standard 3% salary increase to the Staff in your individual Salary Planners for you—so no action is required from your unit.

All eligible staff employees must receive the standard 3% increase—to include those paid by Non-I&G funds.  

Contingent on sufficient internal college funding and demonstrated critical need, units may request approval of an increase above the standard 3%, but not greater than 8% (to address equity, market competitiveness, performance, retention, or salary compression).

Requests for Staff MSU increases above the standard 3% must be submitted to the Dean’s Office via the attached FY24-25 MSU Additional Increase Spreadsheet for your unit.  NOTE: Please do not change the format and/or add additional columns to the Spreadsheet.

The deadline to submit the FY24-25 MSU Additional Increase Spreadsheet to Rob Armijo and Shirley Rey Lovato is on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, no later than 12:00pm.
