All staff who became a supervisor for at least one other staff member as of June 2024 will now be automatically enrolled by HR in the required Lobo Leadership Academy training course.  Courses are starting September 2024, and then will be offered every other month through the end of 2025.

If you will be too busy during the month of September to attend, request that HR enroll you in the course in November.
