2021 Performance Evaluation and Planning (PEP) - due March 31, 2022

In preparation for PEPs, confirm that supervisor information is up to date by checking your "Active Employee" HR Reports. If the supervisor information needs to be updated, submit an ePAF to change the supervisor assigned to the staff employee. Refer to this ePAF Job Aid for additional assistance.

This is also a good time to remind staff employees and supervisor to check their goals and make sure they are evaluating the most current and accurate goals for 2021. Many staff employees had priorities shift during 2021 and might have worked on different or additional goals. Here is a video on how to update your goals before beginning the PEP.
