Spring Telecommuting and Hybrid Work Arrangements

If a remote work/telecommuting schedule is agreed upon, the Remote Work/Telecommuting AGREEMENT should be signed and submitted to Human Resources (the CAS Dean’s Office does not need copies). Please go to the HR/Remote Work & Telecommuting Program website for more details regarding the agreement and submission process.

Once the remote work/telecommuting agreement is signed and approved, the Department Administrator (or Unit Manager) will also need to enter the remote work/telecommuting agreement information onto the CAS Telecommuting Arrangement spreadsheet for their unit and send it to Shirley Rey Lovato and Rob Armijo in the CAS Dean’s Office by 01/10/2022. The SUBJECT line within the email should read: "Spring ‘22 Staff Telecommuting Arrangement spreadsheet for (Name of Unit).” Be sure that a copy of the spreadsheet is filed within the unit.
